| Phar only thing I can tell you is, I just stay up late that night. I have to leave for work at 430 so I'm usually trying to get in bed a lot earlier, but I'll take a nap before bible study and then leave right after, Newman always tries to limit it to 1 hour for those of us that do need to go.
I don't know if that helps, but I know that honestly it's worth the sleep I lose because it really is a nice little spiritual pick me up during the week, and I've found it really helpful! | |
