Anyone here watch Deadliest Warrior?

It's a pretty decent show, not entirely accurate though, the latest episode is going to be the Green Berets versus Spetnaz,
I'm going with Spetnaz simply because the computer determines the winner by how effective their weaponry is, and not by
the skill of the individual that's wielding the weapon.

Yep a 7.62 has 2x the kinetic energy than an 223. That's some serious stopping power, not including the other weapons that the spetnaz have also, but the navy seals and delta would definitely get the better of them.
