Prayer Request

Hey there!

So my girlfriend and i have been dating for a little over two months and we are having a little bit of trouble. Not a whole lot, just a little. We are both Christians and have always kept God number one in our relationship. However right now, she seems to feel that she is only honoring her will and not God's will. I think this is a little weird because, we are not doing anything or preventing the other from growing in our faith. So what I feel that God is truly saying is that since we are both growing in our relationship with him, and that we are being good influences on each other, that at this point God's will and our will is the same thing.

I think that she thinks that since she likes me a lot, that for some reason God's will has to be different. I guess it would just be nice if you would pray for her, her name is Kayla, as she is at this camp and that God will speak to her. Also, that she will realize (if we are truly in God's will) that it is ok for her will to be the same as God's.

Why is it that some people automatically assume that whatever I desire must be against God's will? It's almost like we think that God is just out to make our lives miserable or something. If I am walking with Him won't He "give me the desires of my heart"? In other words, not just give me what I desire, but actually place desires on the inside of me.
